For this project we were approached by the University of Sheffield’s mechanical engineering department to develop hardware that unblocked an ambitious new tribology project that they were running.
The research group had already developed much of their novel rail measurement setup, but were blocked by not being able to source a strobe driver that could meet their specifications. A quick call to Amodo and within a few days we had an agreement to deliver a custom PCBA design to meet their electronic, mechanical, and software constraints.
